Plastic radial fans of the RSDP series are specially designed for the ventilation and exhaust of corrosive, contaminated, and potentially explosive atmospheres. Typical applications include coating plants, medical facilities, the food, electrical, and petrochemical industries, battery charging stations, agriculture, etc. The fan impeller is made of PP, PPS, or PVDF material with a highly efficient, low-noise, aerodynamically shaped structure. Statically and dynamically balanced according to DIN 1940. The housing is made of corrosion- and UV-resistant PE. Condensate can be drained using a drain tap and hose. The support bracket is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. All fastening elements are made of A4/316 stainless steel. The standard version is designed for ambient temperatures from -20°C to +70°C. The drive motor is fully enclosed, highly efficient, easy to maintain, and mounted outside the airflow. Protection class IP55/IP65. The speed is controlled via a frequency converter. All complete fans in explosion-proof versions with ATEX certification are made of fire-resistant, antistatic material (no smoke development in the event of a fire).
