Despite the electric motor being located directly in the airstream, the fan is suitable for continuous S1 operation at temperatures up to +100°C, including the motor. It offers powerful solutions for high-pressure applications involving contaminated air and gases that are not highly corrosive. Typical Applications: Oven drying systems, hot air circulation, industrial air handling units, fan sections, process ventilation, and dust extraction systems. High-Efficiency Impeller: The RKDY F100 series features aerodynamically designed, backward-curved steel impellers that are statically and dynamically balanced. They deliver high efficiency, low noise levels, and stable operating performance. Depending on the application, impellers can be manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel. Steel Casing: The casing is manufactured from heat-resistant carbon steel or stainless steel. Carbon steel surfaces are protected with a special coating resistant to temperatures up to +600°C. Its robust construction is suitable for demanding industrial operating conditions. All connecting bolts are made from A4/316 stainless steel.
