At Gurvent, we place advanced engineering analysis and validated design methodologies at the core of our product development processes. Prior to production, our fans are thoroughly analyzed using advanced simulation tools in terms of aerodynamic performance, energy efficiency, mechanical strength, and acoustic characteristics. Through Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) studies, critical parameters such as airflow behavior, pressure distribution, turbulence effects, and potential losses are accurately predicted at the design stage. This approach ensures that our products operate with maximum efficiency and reliability in real-life conditions, while also enabling optimized energy consumption. Our simulation processes are not limited to theoretical analysis. To validate our designs, we utilize rapid prototyping techniques to produce 3D prototypes, which are then tested under conditions close to real operating environments. Based on the data obtained, designs are continuously refined, targeting the optimal operating point and highest performance levels.
