Production Stages

The Values of Manufacturing with a Sense of Responsibility

At Gurvent Ventilators, production is not merely a manufacturing activity; it is a holistic process that begins with engineering validation, progresses through strict compliance with international standards, and is completed with a fully traceable quality system. Each fan is evaluated at the design stage, and its performance optimization is verified prior to production. Once manufacturing begins, the process is carried out in full accordance with international standards. The materials used are carefully selected based on chemical resistance, temperature tolerance, and antistatic properties. Mold designs are developed with precision to ensure maximum mechanical integrity and optimal airflow performance. For ATEX-compliant fans, operational risks of the working environment are analyzed during the design phase. Critical parameters such as grounding continuity, surface resistance, and temperature measurements are verified within our facility. Gurvent production represents a calculated, tested, and fully validated engineering process.

Traceability and Certification: Controlled Production

Quality is not only ensured in the final product, but at every stage of the process. For this reason, every product at Gurvent is manufactured with a fully traceable identity. Each fan leaving our facility is recorded with its unique serial number, including motor serial number, performance data, rotational speed, power values, and ATEX classification. A manufacturer’s certificate is issued for every delivered product, with all technical data properly documented. All production processes are carried out in accordance with TÜV Rheinland certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO/IEC 80079-34 ATEX Quality Assurance System. Critical components are traceable on a batch basis, each assembly stage is monitored through strict control points, and no product is released without completing mechanical, electrical, and labeling verification prior to shipment. For us, production is not merely completing a fan. It is about taking responsibility for a system that must operate safely in explosive, aggressive, and demanding process conditions. At Gurvent, every product is the result of engineering discipline and assured quality.
