Usage Type: Roof Fans Working Area: For Explosive Environments
High-Performance Roof Fans for Explosive and Lightly Corrosive Environments

RCDY Series Horizontal Discharge Roof Fans for Explosive and Lightly Corrosive Gases Designed based on the horizontal discharge principle, these fans are developed for the roof ventilation of environments containing explosive and lightly corrosive gases. They are widely used in applications such as defense industry facilities, plating plants, medical manufacturing facilities, electrical battery storage areas, and petrochemical plants. The impellers are manufactured from polypropylene (PP) and feature a high-efficiency backward-curved aerofoil design. They are statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940-1 G6.3, ensuring low noise operation and optimal performance. The roof cap is made of ABS material, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and UV radiation. A PP protective guard is installed on the discharge side. The standard design is suitable for air temperatures between -15°C and +60°C. A maintenance switch is integrated on the roof cap, allowing easy electrical connection. The electric motor is equipped with PTO protection, positioned outside the airflow, and rated IP65.
