The RPD F100 series plug fans are designed for continuous operation up to +100°C (including the motor), even with the motor positioned within the airflow. Suitable for S1 continuous duty, these fans provide high-pressure solutions for environments containing contaminated air and gases with low corrosivity. Typical applications include air handling units (AHU) used in oven drying processes, hot air circulation systems, and dust extraction applications. The integrated RP series impellers are statically and dynamically balanced, ensuring high efficiency and low noise operation. Featuring a backward-curved aerofoil blade design, they are available in carbon steel, PA, or stainless steel, depending on the application. The ED inlet diffusers on the suction side enhance overall system efficiency through optimized airflow. The casing is manufactured from stainless steel or carbon steel, coated with high-temperature resistant paint (up to +600°C), and is suitable for operation in all mounting positions.
