Vertical Discharge Roof Fans for Corrosive Environments

Vertical Discharge Roof Fans

Usage Type: Roof Fans Working Area: Chemical environments, Standard Ventilation
For ventilating highly corrosive environments from the roof.

RCDP fans are designed for ventilating acidic and corrosive environments from the roof with an aerodynamic body design that acts as a jetcap. This is the right product when corrosive gases, polluted air, or other aggressive components are part of the exhaust air. Typical applications include plating plants, medical facilities, food, electricity, and petrochemical industries. The impeller is a quiet, high-efficiency, backward-curved impeller with a statically and dynamically balanced Aerofoil 3D blade geometry, made of PP or PPS material. The housing is made of PE or PPS resistant to atmospheric conditions and UV rays. A drain valve is available on the housing. The main carrier mounting bracket is made of AISI304 stainless steel with a polyethylene coating. All fasteners are A4/316 grade stainless steel. An aerodynamic protective grille made of PP material is available in the blowing section. Mounting: Suitable for round mounting. Standard production is suitable for operation in conveyed air temperatures between -15°C and +70°C. Ground fixing and anchoring holes are available on the mounting base. Electric Motor: The easy-to-maintain, high-efficiency, fully enclosed electric motor is protected from air currents and has IP65 protection. Speed control is only possible using a frequency converter. A maintenance switch is located on the housing. Electrical connection is made from here.
